1. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email (not the auto-generated receipt).

3. Delivery
Orders ship within 2–3 working days.
Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if affected by unforeseen issues or stock unavailability.
