Exchange & Cancellation

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Secret Wish. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the exchange process, simply visit: https://www.secretwish.in/apps/return_prime.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • Please note that the discount applied to the original order cannot be reused when selecting a new product for exchange.
  • Exchange your item for any other product of your choice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at cs@secretwish.in

  • or you can cancel the order from ‘’my account’’ section.

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.

  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If you are unable to contact us by any provided means for cancellation, you can politely refuse the delivery partner when they arrive to deliver the product and inform us via email: cs@secretwish.in

  • We do not cancel the orders that are already shipped for delivery. In such cases, you can either refuse to collect the product from our delivery partner or you may request a return if you have already paid for and received the item. The refund amount will be deposited in your bank account within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.
