15 Days return Policy.

Being one of the most reliable and affordable sleepwear brand, Our first objective is to satisfy our customers. In extremely rare instances, if a customer is not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, they have the sole right to return it within 15 days after delivery.

Under the terms of “15 days return policy”, our consumers are free to return the product and ask for a complete refund if they are not satisfied with the product. 

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for the return policy:

  • The product must not be stained, washed or torned.

  • The product should be in its original packaging with all the tags attached.

The products are not permitted for return if they fall under the following categories:

  • Undergarments and accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene policy.

The refund is initiated within 24 hours after the returned parcel has been delivered to our warehouse.

NOTE: Your personal information will be kept entirely private and safe, so you don't have to worry about fraud or privacy invasion.

In the case of replacement, the replaced products will be delivered within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received.

4 easy steps to initiate return!

  1. Make sure that the product is eligible for return.

  2. Visit the order history page to place return.

  3. Place the product in its original Secret Wish packaging.

  4. Close the package properly and prepare it for the collection by our logistics partner.

Reverse pickup within 48 hours!

In case of return, the product will be shipped back from your respective addresses within the 48 hours after placing the return request. 

In rare cases, If the Reverse Pickup is not available in your location, you can send the product to our address written below via a courier service including speedpost. Once we receive the product, we will issue a wallet balance of whatever amount customer has spent on shipping (proof required).

If you are unable to contact us by any provided means for cancellation, you can politely refuse the delivery partner when they arrive to deliver the product and inform us via email:

We do not cancel the orders that are already shipped for delivery. In such cases, you can either refuse to collect the product from our delivery partner or you may request a return if you have already paid for and received the item. The refund amount will be deposited in your bank account within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.
